TRINIDAD — Sita’s Kitchen, a bakery, cafe, and seller of organic ground gourmet coffee, enjoyed a ribbon cutting provided by the Trinidad & Las Animas County Chamber of Commerce during their grand opening on Monday, October 1. The cafe specializes in farm to table fare during the growing season, vegan and vegetarian dishes, hearty home-made soup, as well as an assortment of freshly baked breads and desserts.

Sita’s has a casual, laid back ambiance with a colorful, artsy flair. New owners Jessica and Justin McCorkle and their partners Megan and Alex Serafini are delighted to present Trinidad with an alternative style establishment that gives diners unique, healthy, and homemade menu selections to choose from.

Sita’s Kitchen is located at 107 E. Main Street in downtown Trinidad and is open from 10 am to 3 pm, every day except Wednesday and Thursday. They offer a special breakfast menu on Sunday. Current days and hours are subject to change during the winter season.
